The Ontario Corporate Training Centre (OCTC) is a new project designed to empower business with the tools, knowledge, resources, and confidence needed to embrace disability inclusive hiring, and foster diverse workplaces.

Project Objectives:

Currently, the OCTC team is in the phase of learning and understanding how they can support businesses, on their journey to disability inclusion. We invite you to participate in our brief survey because your valuable insights on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining workers who have a disability will greatly inform our training and services.
